This is a recipe that a friend of ours made for us and it was so yummy! And again, you probably usually have all the ingredients on hand!
6 chicken breasts
1 block cubed cream cheese
2 sticks of cubed butter
1 packet dry italian dressing mix
Place chicken in crockpot. And then add remaining ingredients! Now that is what I call fast and easy! Cook on high for 6-7 hours if chicken is frozen or 5 hours on low if chicken is thawed! It is so good! When it is done you can shread up the chicken and serve it over mashed potatoes which is our favorite way or just eat it plain! Whichever you prefer!

Easy Chicken with Stuffing
This is a super easy crockpot recipe that you usually have all of the ingredients for! I found it in a recipe book that Doug's Aunt Jan gave me! She is the best! Thanks Aunt Jan! It is one of those recipes that you can put together in no time at all! That is why I like it!
4 chicken breasts
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken
1 package dry stuffing
1/2 cup sour cream
Place chicken on bottom of crockpot. Pour stuffing over chicken. Mix cream of chicken and sour cream together and pour over stuffing. Cook on high for 5 or 6 hours if your chicken is frozen or on low for 3 to 4 hours if your chicken is thawed! You can serve it with baked potatoes and green beans or a salad! and...horray...dinner is done!
